A missing Illinois girl was found by border patrol in Laredo, Texas. The missing 17-year-old from Cumberland County was reported missing on July 19. She and the driver of the vehicle were interviewed by border patrol where she told them she was a possible kidnapping victim. There is no word on what happened to the driver.
