MO lawmakers taking break from special session

Missouri lawmakers are taking a break from the special session related to abortion. Governor Eric Greitens called the session two weeks ago calling for lawmakers to toughen the state’s regulations related to abortion. Greitens also called for lawmakers to reverse a St. Louis ordinance that bans discrimination based on reproductive health choices such as abortion and pregnancy. Lawmakers will return to Jefferson City after the July 4 holiday.
