NAACP issues MO travel advisory

NAACP has issued a travel advisory against Missouri claiming civil rights may be violated in the state.

The advisory follows proposition of a bill that would make suing in cases of housing and employment discrimination more difficult and a attorney general’s report shows black drivers are 75 percent more likely to be stopped that whites.

The organization considers this a boycott of the state and has previously boycotted North Carolina due to laws they say discriminate against members of the LGBT community.
