Jackson School Distract begins demolition of ‘Old A’

The demolition of Jackson high School’s “Old A” building began Friday. The 100 year old building is being demolished to make way for a new academic building. The demolition and replacement was approved in April as part of Proposition J which approved $22 million worth of renovations to the Jackson School District buildings. “Old A” sat vacant for 7 year prior to its demolition.
