This is the report required by section 73.2080 (c) (6) of the Rules of the Federal Communications Commission for broadcast station employment units with five or more full-time employees. It is to be included in our public file on or before the anniversary of our renewal of license application, which is October 1 of each year. Our "employment unit" consists of KAPE (AM) and KGMO(FM), Cape Girardeau, MO, licensed to Withers Broadcasting Company of Missouri, LLC; WKIB(FM), Anna, IL, and KUGT (AM), Jackson, MO, licensed to W. Russell Withers Jr.; and employees of Withers Broadcasting Company of Missouri, LLC who perform services in support of our provision of programming to KYRX (FM), Marble Hill, Missouri and KREZ(FM), Chaffee, Missouri pursuant to a "Time Brokerage Agreement."

Conducted the following initiatives:
KGMO/KAPE/KYRX/KREZ/WKIB/KUGT participates with the Missouri Broadcasters Association in its Job Bank and Internet programs which has had a substantial number of participants of women and minorities.
KGMO/KAPE/KYRX/KREZ/WKIB/KUGT currently air announcements promoting organizations to be notified of job opportunities at each station.
KGMO/KAPE/KYRZ/KREZ/WKIB/KUGT participated with SESAC and the International Idea Bank in awarding a college scholarship. Dates: January 25- February 25, 2005.
KGMO/KAPE/KYRZ/KREZ/WKIB/KUGT participated with Missouri Broadcasters I offering a paid internship. Dates: January 1- May 31, 2005.
KGMO/KAPE/KYRZ/KREZ/WKIB/KUGT held two job fairs. August 30, 2005 and September 21, 2005.
KGMO/KAPE/KYRZ/KREZ/WKIB/KUGT participates with the Sikeston Chamber of Commerce and Jackson Chamber of Commerce in its Annual Business Education Expo. During the Expo, employees meet with and interview potential employees. Date: Sikeston: February 17, 2005, Jackson: April 6, 2005.
KGMO/KAPE/KYRX/KREZ/WKIB/KUGT participated in the Southeast Missourian Newspaper Job Fair held at the Show Me Center. Date: October 26, 2004.
